  • To create, customize, and animate your AI avatar based on the likeness and voice data you provide.

  • To produce the video and image assets for your package, including the creation of two YouTube thumbnails per YouTube video for each package.
  • To post content, write copy, and manage your social media accounts.
  • To engage with your audience by responding to comments and messages using the information you provide.
• To Process Payments: To bill you for our weekly subscription services or for one-time video packages.
• To Communicate With You: To send you service-related updates, invoices, security alerts, and support messages.
• To Improve Our Services: To analyze usage and performance data to understand how our Services are being used, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features and offerings.
• To Ensure Security and Compliance: To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service and related agreements, and comply with our legal obligations.
• To Maintain a Respectful Environment: To ensure the well-being of our staff and community, we reserve the right to cancel service for any client behaving in a rude, abusive, or disrespectful manner, at our sole discretion and without refund if content production has begun.

• AI Content Generation Sub-processors: Our core service relies on advanced generative AI tools. To create your videos and avatars, we must process your Client Content (including likeness and voice data) with these third-party AI service providers (e.g., Runway ML, 11Labs, HeyGen, OpenAI, Gemini). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform the services we have requested.
• Other Service Providers: We engage other third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, project management tools (e.g., Notion), and social media scheduling platforms. They have access to your information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service or related policies; to detect or prevent fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Creator Complete, our clients, or the public.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your trust is paramount. We will never use your Client Content or the final Generated Content for our own marketing or promotional purposes (e.g., in our portfolio or case studies) without your explicit, prior written consent.

• Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymized.
• Refund Policy: Please note, we do not provide refunds after content production has begun for that week if you paid weekly, or for that month if you paid monthly, regardless of cancellation or discontinuation of service. For one-time packages, no refunds are provided after production has started.

To maintain a positive, professional environment for our team and clients, Creator Complete reserves the right to cancel service for any client whose behavior is rude, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable at our sole discretion. If content production has begun for that week (for weekly clients) or that month (for monthly clients), no refunds will be issued in such cases.

We do not provide refunds after content production has begun for that week if you paid weekly, or for that month if you paid monthly. For one-time video packages, no refunds will be issued after production has started.
